Marisol Salgado has over 20 years of banking experience and serves as Assistant Vice President and Eugene Branch Manager at Oregon Pacific Bank. She began her banking career as a high school student in California and has since held customer service and leadership roles in Oregon, joining OPB in 2018.

A Hillsboro native, Marisol is passionate about supporting the Spanish-speaking community, helping bridge language barriers in financial services. She values OPB’s inclusive approach to serving all clients and business owners.

Marisol participates in the Leadership Eugene-Springfield program, fostering civic leadership through the Eugene and Springfield Chambers of Commerce. She enjoys living in Eugene with her family, appreciating its small-town atmosphere, and loves hiking, visiting the coast, and riding ATVs with her daughters.
