Leslie Olson began her banking career at a small bank in Glide, near Roseburg, where she grew up. Inspired by her mother’s two-decade career in banking, Leslie quickly developed a passion for helping customers and building relationships. She joined Oregon Pacific Bank in 2014 and now serves as a Relationship Banking Specialist, working with commercial lending clients and merchant services to help businesses manage cash and credit payments.

Leslie enjoys the variety in her role, which includes both in-office work and meeting clients on-site. Her commitment to customer service reflects her belief in putting clients’ needs first.

A Roseburg native, Leslie is happy to be back in her hometown after years away. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog. She’s visited destinations such as Hawaii, New Zealand, and Australia.
