Oregon Pacific Bank is excited to announce the addition of Lance Rudge to our leadership team as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective October 8, 2024. This new position reflects our continued growth and commitment to enhancing operational efficiency while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Lance comes to Oregon Pacific Bank with over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, having held several senior leadership positions at a major national bank, where he managed $11 billion in deposits and loans, led 86 branches and multiple business-banking teams, and oversaw 600 employees. His leadership focused on driving business transformation through strategic planning, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering employee engagement. Lance’s career has been defined by his ability to implement innovative strategies that foster continuous improvement and growth.
“Lance’s extensive background in operational leadership and business strategy makes him an ideal fit for this role,” says CEO Ron Green as he expressed his confidence in Lance’s appointment. “His expertise will help us continue our mission of serving our clients with excellence and supporting the growth of the communities we serve.”
Lance holds a degree from the Consumer Banking Association’s Executive Banking School in Greenville, South Carolina. He has also served on the Executive Board for Make-A-Wish and actively volunteers with community organizations such as the Oregon Food Bank and SOLVE.
He is passionate about community banking and values the personal connections it fosters with clients.
