Online Banking Visual Enhancement – Coming October 22nd!
We are thrilled to announce that a newly redesigned Online Banking platform will be available starting Tuesday, October 22nd! This exciting update brings a modern, intuitive design and a range of new features to enhance your digital banking experience—whether you’re using our website or the mobile app.
What’s Not Changing:
- Your login process and credentials will remain the same—no need to worry about remembering new details.
- Our navigation system is staying familiar, so you can access what you need without any disruption.
What is Changing:
Fresh, Modern Look & Feel:
You’ll notice a completely revamped design as soon as you log in. The clean, intuitive interface extends across all pages of Online Banking, making it easier than ever to manage your accounts and perform transactions. The same modern design is also available in our Mobile Banking App for a consistent experience across devices.
Quick Actions Bar:
The new Quick Actions bar makes it faster to access frequently used features like transfers, bill payments, and messages. For our business users, you’ll also find ACH batch view and upload conveniently placed here.
- Note for Mobile App Users: You can scroll through the Quick Actions by sliding your finger across the screen—this feature will become even more intuitive in future updates.
Improved Account Summary:
Your accounts are now displayed with tabs for each type—Checking, Savings, CDs, Loans, Cards—making it easier to navigate between them. We’ve also introduced two display options:
- Large Tile View: View your accounts in large, easy-to-read tiles. Click the “Transactions” link to view detailed transaction history.
- List View: For a more compact view, switch to the list format and click anywhere on the tile to see account details.
Favorites Feature:
You can now “favorite” specific accounts for quick access. Favorited accounts will appear in a new Favorites tab and in the Quick Links bar.
What to Expect Moving Forward:
We’re committed to continuously improving your Online and Mobile Banking experience, providing you with a more engaging and visually appealing platform that’s easy to navigate and responsive across devices. This is just the beginning! Over the next 8 to 12 months, we’ll continue rolling out more enhancements, including updates to Cash Management pages for business users, further improving your experience.
