Carl Frazier has deep roots in Florence and Oregon Pacific Bank, where his family has been a part of the OPB team since its founding in 1979. Carl joined the bank in 2014 as a teller and now serves as Merchant Services Program Director, helping clients set up and manage credit card processing terminals and website payment systems. His quick, in-person support minimizes downtime, a key advantage of OPB’s local service.

Carl values the strong relationships built through OPB’s personalized service, which fosters better business and community connections. Outside of work, Carl is actively involved in the Siuslaw Athletic Booster Club as Treasurer and enjoys sports photography, fishing, and supporting his son’s athletic events.
