A lifelong Florence resident, Kim Erickson has been with Oregon Pacific Bank for over 26 years, starting as a teller and now serving as Senior Vice President and Florence Team Leader. She values OPB’s support for employee growth and its commitment to the local community.

Kim is actively involved in civic activities, serving on the board of PeaceHealth Peace Harbor Medical Center. She also held the past role of president of the Rotary Club of Florence and served on the board of C.R.O.W. kids. Her long-term commitment and involvement in the community earned her the prestigious title of Florence First Citizen in 2023, awarded by the Florence Area Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys hunting, camping, and supporting her children’s sports and school activities. She appreciates Florence’s strong community spirit and takes pride in helping others succeed through her work at OPB.
