She began her career as a Branch Manager in retail banking, leading teams to achieve sales goals and focusing on business development. In 2021, Kim transitioned to business banking, where she excels in driving deposit and loan growth.

Before her banking career, Kim worked in consumer lending from 2006 to 2012, gaining valuable experience in underwriting, closing, and collections. Known for her ability to connect with people and solve problems, Kim is a trusted partner to her clients and colleagues.

Kim is a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and remains active in her community.
