Ron Green has served as President and CEO of Oregon Pacific Bank since 2013, leading the Bank’s expansion to six branches across Oregon, including Eugene, Medford, and Portland. A former professional trumpet player, Ron applies the collaborative spirit of a musician to his leadership, fostering a team-focused environment that empowers employees and strengthens communities.

Under Ron’s leadership, the Bank remains proudly independent, prioritizing personalized service for customers and meaningful community impact. He encourages staff to engage in local initiatives, cultivating a culture of service. Ron himself serves on the boards of United Way of Lane County, PeaceHealth Peace Harbor Medical Center, and the Oregon Bankers Association, and is active with the Rotary Club of Florence.
