Client Notice: Holiday Early Closures & Processing Deadlines
To help you plan ahead for the holidays, please note:
- Early Closures: Oregon Pacific Bank will close at 2:00 PM on Wed. December 24 and Wed. December 31.
- Full Closures: We will be closed all day on Thurs. December 25 and Thurs. January 1.
To ensure your transactions are processed on time, here are the adjusted cutoff times for early closures on December 24 and December 31:
- ACH Files: 2:00 PM (morning ACH at 10:00 AM as usual)
- Remote Deposit Capture: 2:00 PM (the 12:00 PM file runs as usual)
- Mobile Deposits: 2:00 PM
- Wire Transfers:
- Foreign wires in foreign funds: submit by 10:30 AM
- Domestic wires & foreign wires in USD: submit by 1:00 PM
Important: These are firm cutoffs. Items received after these times will be processed on the next business day.
